PROFILE

Graduated from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, generation 2009-2013.

He worked at Peña y Esparza, S.C. for 1 year as an intern in the area of employment and family litigation.

In May 2009 he joined BSN Bufete Sánchez Navarro, S.C. in the area of employment litigation as an intern.

Starting in 2013, he worked as a lawyer in the area of employment litigation, which is why practically all his professional development has been within this firm.

In mid-2013 he was promoted as Head of the Metropolitan Litigation area, which included dealing with individual litigation before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards of the State of Mexico and the Metropolitan area.

As of 2017 up to date, he works as Head of the Local Litigation area of Mexico City.

Among his main functions are the prevention of individual conflicts; the implementation of strategies, supervision and resolution of individual conflicts; as well as the attention of individual conflicts before the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of Mexico City.

He has carried out graduate studies such as a Diploma in Employment Law taught by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, in 2013-2014. Likewise, from 2017 to 2019, he studied the Master's Degree in Labor Law and its Transformations at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

He also participated as a speaker at the Seminar on the e Federal Labor Law 2019 Reform, taught by this firm.
