PROFILE

Graduated from Universidad del Valle de México, 1988-1993. She performed her social service at the Second Chamber of the Federal Tax Court (now Federal Court of Administrative Justice) under the presidency of Magistrate Sergio Martinez Rosaslanda.

She began her professional career in 1991, at Bufete Natividad Abogados, S.C. for 7 months as an intern in the labor law area, as well as at the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration as Employer's Representative of the Special Board No. 13 of the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration for 3 years.

Subsequently, she worked for 1 year at the Compañía Operadora de Teatros de Grupo Electra in the labor law area.

She has been with the firm for 19 years; the first 7 years as head of the administrative litigation area and for the last 12 years she has been in charge of the "Litigation Administration" area.

She has completed several postgraduate studies, including a specialization in Anglo- Saxon Law at the Universidad Panamericana in 1997, a specialization in Labor Law at the Universidad Panamericana in 2001, and a Diploma in Labor Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, in 2013-2014.

Likewise, from 2016 to 2018, he studied a Master's Degree in Labor Law and its Transformations at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

She has recently participated in the following seminars and diploma courses: Seminar on the Reform of the Federal Labor Law 2019, given by BSN BUFETE SÁNCHEZ NAVARRO, S.C., Diploma on Labor Law given by Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México in 2020, Diploma on Amparo Trial given by the Dirección General de Casas de la Cultura Jurídica de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación in 2021, as well as Diploma on New Labor Justice given by the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México in 2021.
